Dear St. John of the Cross Parishioners,

Faith Formation is a process of preparing all generations (from young children, families, teens, young adults all the way through to senior citizens) for meaningful participation in liturgy, church events, and service to others. This year the third of our parish Faith Formation program - G.I.F.T. (Growing In Faith Together) - will take place the weekend of April 10th/11th. Each event session begins with a community meal and an introductory presentation after the meal. Participants will then break into age-appropriate learning groups.

Our April theme is Prayer.

For this event, we will offer two sessions at Shepardson Community Center. Dates and times are:

Saturday, April 10th	Sunday, April11th
A. 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM	B. 5:00 PM - 7:30PM

Please indicate your 1st and 2nd session choice when you complete the enclosed Registration Form. Since a meal will be provided at each session, the Religious Education Office must receive your Registration Form no later than April 2nd. This will allow us time to plan for the meals and program. The Registration Form can be mailed to or dropped off at the Religious Education Office or placed in the G.I.F.T. box located in the back of church.

Note to Religious Education families: This is the last class of the current Religious Education school year. Children and their families are expected to attend one of the sessions listed above. A reminder to Ninth and Tenth Grade students: be sure to indicate the Sunday evening session when you register with your families.
